5. “By accepting the content of this memorandum the agency confirms its readiness to strictly follow the Russian visa legislation. It guarantees that a web-link to the Consulate’s web-site is located on its Internet-site in order to make its clients fully aware of all the visa regulations and to make them stick to these rules. At the same time the agency declares to be absolutely (for 100%) responsible for the visa applications of its clients. That means that in case the application is submitted by the agency, the agency remains thoroughly responsible for it till the application is complete. Responsible and effective functioning of the agency will contribute to rapidness and effectiveness of the Consulate’s services, will spare more time to the Consulate, the agency and its clients.

6. The agency contribute to the development of friendly and good-neighbor relations between Russia and the Netherlands, commits never to publish in its information resources any materials which can provide any damage to the image of the Russian Federation and/or the Russian Embassy in the Netherlands.”
